• When you place an order on SkinCanvas, it is not automatically confirmed. We first check the availability of the items in stock. Once confirmed, we will notify you via email or phone.
• If an item is out of stock or if any issue arises, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion, and we will notify you as soon as possible.
• SkinCanvas reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or any issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Dhaka City Corporation: Orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, usually taking 24-48 hours to complete.
• Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, usually taking 48-72 hours.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the location, courier service, and other factors.

3. Order Cancellation and Return Policy

• If a customer cancels an order after the parcel has been dispatched, they are responsible for paying both the delivery charge and the return charge as per the delivery company’s policy.
• Failure to comply with this policy may result in further action being taken.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Bangladesh. You can pay for your order at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Product Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available after the order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and either offer a replacement or cancel the order.
• SkinCanvas reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages, delivery issues, or any other problems that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price of the products at the time of your order will be honored.
• In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, and they will be credited back to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

8. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges vary based on location and the size/weight of the package. These will be calculated and shown at checkout.
• For cancelled orders after dispatch, the customer will bear the cost of delivery and return charges as mentioned above.

9. Changes to Orders

• You may request changes to your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

10. Order Cancellation by SkinCanvas

• SkinCanvas reserves the right to cancel any order, even after it has been placed, if we encounter any issues such as stock shortages, pricing errors, or any other problem that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery or issues with the courier service.
